:: Production phase for all listed items in the quotation entitles the client to a maximum of 3x changes before incurring a pro-rata service fee for any additional changes, unless stated otherwise. Urgency fees apply when the timeframe for project completion is altered by the client, or a turn around time within 24 hours is required.
:: Any late client authorisations, client corrections, delays due to outside suppliers circumstances beyond our control which affects the required deadline - verbal or written - may have respective consequences on times of delivery. We cannot be held responsible in such circumstances. |

Intellectual Property |

| :: All content and artwork for projects to be supplied by client. Any artwork created by Lync • Creative™ is the intellectual property of the studio and any client exclusivity or access to original files must be negotiated prior to the studio granting the client such status or access to the artwork. |

Payment Conditions |

:: Quotation is valid for thirty [30] days and Tax Invoice due within ten [10] days from date of issue unless other arrangements have been made.

Late fees apply when invoices remain unpaid by the due date.

Time Delay fees apply when a project is stalled without progress for a period of 6 months.

Urgency fees apply when the timeframe for project completion is altered by the client, or a turn around time within 24 hours is required.
:: Payment upon delivery of project items, unless other arrangements are negotiated prior to the project commencing. |
